RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead the brand business deployment and projects development through Online Marketplaces and online retailers respecting the corporate strategic orientation.
Market Place and Digital wholesale business development
- Manage current marketplaces worldwide and increase brand visibility as well as online sales
- Be the point of contacts with Local ecommerce specialist on all online retail topics.
- Identify new opportunities and negotiate for the most adapted business model collaborating with countries and Sales team
- Work on legal aspects of new distribution contractual agreements
- Control and streamline the pricing strategy across all markets
- Check P&L & solutions to improve the bottom line
- Reports on online retail performance (Corporate & Wholesale deals)
- Analyze sales performances by region and market
E-commerce Community animation
- Create a close relationship with local teams
- Collect, evaluate and prioritize markets needs
- Animate the e-commerce community encouraging the share of best practices between local teams
Projects
- Translate needs and feed-backs from several regions into projects
- Manage marketplaces projects deployment and coordinate with IT, Supply Chain and Customer Service
- Own and manage projects to enable brand visibility and product merchandising in order to optimize collaboration with partners and the efficiency of the local team.
- Define the project specifications in collaboration with technical teams
- Be the product owner of the extranet website dedicated to partners and the local teams ensuring contribution, set-up, and improvements.
- Be the project leader of the omnichannel features on the ecommerce website developing capability to improve the link between the e-commerce website and retailers
Marketing
- Coordinate marketing plan and activations with HQ marketing and local teams
- Ensure that brand visibility is in accordance with our guideline and in coordination with graphic team
- Manage the diffusion, update and accessibility of products assets to ensure a good and qualitative visibility of the brand assets to local teams and retailers.
- Insure a good brand experience for final customer, controlling and improving user experience on 3rd parties platforms
- Support local teams to ensure the best services to partners and dealing special advertising spaces in order to guaranty the best online visibility.
- Analyze with local teams performance of several actions and participate to evangelize countries on a data driven methodology
- Encourage best practices sharing between countries
Swiss market
- You will be in charge of the animation of the Swiss online retail market.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years successful proven international e-Commerce if possible in a luxury environment and managing on-line retail business
- High commercial education
- Minimum of 5 years proven project management experience
- Digital native
- Team player, proactive, self-motivated, results driven and professional person
- Proficiency in communication, project management and negotiation
- Analysis, synthesis skills coupled to a pragmatic global approach
- At ease with numbers and people (excellent interpersonal skills)
- A good knowledge of e-commerce technical environment
- Ability to drive projects End to end
- Fluent french and english excellent
