Housing Support Worker Sunderland, Tyne And Wear

Badenoch & Clark is currently recruiting for a number of support workers to join a housing association in the North East region. You will be responsible for providing support within a supported accommodation project for clients aged 16-25years who have multiple needs.

This role is to cover waking nights.

Overview of duties

* Providing support to tenants throughout the night ensuring any safeguarding incidents are reported.

* Providing a set routine for the tenants.

* Completing one to one key working sessions and working towards their stated outcomes.

* Signposting to other external agencies

* Updating support plans and completing risk assessments.

This is a 24hour service and will involve working to a rota. There are also some opportunities for these roles to go permanent.

The successful applicant must have a recent portable DBS check.
